Day 1 (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) - FLOORWORK
* Introduction to IM=X Pilates Basic Certification
* Workout - IM=X Intermediate Floorwork (group 1 & 2)
* Lecture - The 5 fundamental principles of IM=X technique
-Spinal Elongation, Forced Exhalation, Pelvic Stabilization, Ribcage Stabilization, Spine Stabilization
* Lunch
* Practical learning: the 5 fundamental exercises
-(All Practical Learning includes reviewing verbal cues, goals, target muscles, postural adjustments and options for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced variations)
* Practical learning - sequences 1 to 3
* Review the 10 Rules of Floorwork
* Lecture - review and posture cues
* Review Written Exam

Day 2 (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) - FLOORWORK
* Workout - IM=X beginner floorwork (group 1 & 2)
* Practical learning -sequences 4 to 6
* Review of sequences 1-6 (slide show)
* Lunch
* Practical learning - sequences 7 and 8
* Workout - IM=X advanced floorwork (volunteers)
* IM=X intermediate floorwork (group 1 & 2)
* Levels and Adaptations
* Floor written exam -1 hour

Day 3 (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) - XERCIZER/REFORMER COURSE BEGINS HERE
* Introduction to IM=X and the Xercizer
* Xercizer Equipment: Personal Trainer and Group Xercizer
* Xercizer Teaching Principles and Equipment Transitions
* Lecture and review exercises -The 5 fundamentals
* Xercizer workout (group 1 & 2)

Day 4 (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) - XERCIZER
* Xercizer workout (group 1 & 2)
* Practical learning - sequences 1 to 2
* Lunch
* Practical learning - sequences 3 to 5
* Review of sequences 1-5 (slide show)
* Lecture - review: Fundamentals, Equipment Transitions, Written Exam

Day 5 (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)- XERCIZER
* Xercizer workout (Student Teaching)
* Practical learning - sequences 6 to 7
* Lunch
* Practical learning - sequence 8
* Lecture
* Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Formats
* Spring Loading Review
* Postural Cues and 10 Postural Adjustments in Exercise
